Welding Electrodes

Welding electrode is a solid cored electrode designed for components experiencing metal-to-metal wear, metal-to-earth wear, impact and high abrasion applications. It has an extruded coating containing the alloy elements and mainly used to weld various kinds of metals such as mild steel, low alloy steel, stainless- steel, cast-iron steel, nickel alloy steel, cobalt alloy steel, aluminum alloy etc.

Welding rod is able to provide excellent welding performance and satisfactory weld metal can be obtained in all position welding. It is widely used in ordinary tensile strength mild steel structures especially suitable for intermittent welding to sheet steels and small work pieces as well as cosmetic welding with smooth and shiny appearance, e.g. top-hull of ships.
